The sail across from Miami was tame, 20knots max, minimal swell.Sheltering from the sun has become more of a task than a novelty, it's about 30 degrees as I write this. I am sitting in the cockpit sheltered by the dodger
Check into the Bahamas was quick and easy. We did this at the "west end" and before I could say thanks the entry fee had been whisped away and we were being herded out the door like sheep.
The depth since then hasn't been much over 4meters since we came on to the bahamain banks although in one patch you could clearly see the bottom through turquoise colored sea water at 17meters!
